• You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own Content posted on, transmitted through. You agree that, the authenticity of, and consequences from the posting of any personal information of yours or any other person, are the sole responsibility of yours.
• You agree, understand and acknowledge that Yeloe App is an online platform that enables you to advertise, inquiry and choose the best price and facilities for your product or service.
• Yours posted content should not violate any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright. Yeloe is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights relating to such Content posted by user.
• You must not use this App for unlawful activity and should not post any content that sexually explicit or which promotes racism, harmful, abusive, threatening, menacing, ethnically objectionable, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, promotes money laundering or gambling; or is harmful to minors in any way; or impersonates another person; or threatens the unity, integrity, security or sovereignty of India or friendly relations with foreign States, illegal content, any illegal services or advertise of any illegal items for the sale of which is prohibited in this platform.
• If you are minor (above age 13 year and below age 18 year), then you should be legally authorized to use the service in the platform under parent or legal guardian\'s consent. Children under age 13 are restricted to use this platform.
• Yeloe makes no warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to any information, data, statements or products made available on the App.
• Yeloe makes no warranty that the App will meet your requirements and will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis and the results that may be obtained from the use of the App or any services offered through the App will be accurate or reliable.
• Yeloe may unilaterally change or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time, including, its content or features.
• You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Yeloe harmless from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys\' fees, arising out of or relating to any misuse of the content and services provided on the App by you.
• As seller/service provider you agree the platform will share your name, email, mobile with buyer/consumer. And vice versa.
• If substantially all of this platform are sold or merged into another company, the acquiring company shall be given access to your personal information without your consent.
• Yeloe reserve the right to disclose your personal information due to legal or regulatory requirements in any investigation or judicial process to law enforcement officers or court orders, warrants.
• Yeloe follow industry standards to protect the personal information, mobile submitted to this App. This platform doesn\'t use or store any user\'s debit card and credit card information.
• Yeloe encrypts and stores the UPI ID shared by Seller/Service Provider for receiving payment. The App only generates QR Code as per UPI standard to facilitate the Buyer/Consumer. The actual payment for purchase/refund is out of scope of this platform.
• Yeloe retains your data for 90 days for audit purpose from the date you unregister from this App, before the data gets permanently removed.
• You must change the password in every three months and sign off the session properly. You maintain confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your mobile to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
• With these above Conditions of Use and payment of application fees ( wherever applicable ), the platform provides you limited license to access and use of this App. This license does not include any resale or commercial use or use for data mining, of this website or its content.
